Adapta Consulting is a specialist consultancy working exclusively with organisations in the not for-profit sector. Our approach is typically strategic in nature, with our experienced team working closely alongside with senior managers to ensure that their planning for digital, data and technology – and their approach to using them to bring about effective organisational change, new processes and new ways of working – are informed first-and-foremost by strategic objectives. Our expertise covers everything from trends in the very latest approaches to digital engagement and agile project delivery, through to information security and infrastructure.
