Whilst it is only the end of the beginning, it marks a huge step forward for the region and the whole #EastCoastCluster operation. Whilst we’re not one of those major contributors to the work so far, we are ready to step up to the plate and demonstrate how #SME businesses are equally important to the success of this. #engineering #sustainability

Aspiring rider, Josh Kehoe, continues to progress in the competitive world of #Dressage. It's not only us that have recognised this, he's recently been featured in Horse & Hound UK following a win at a competition in the Cotswolds on his 6-year-old Hanoverian, Frankfurt. As the partnership matures, everyone is really confident that this will be a step towards greater recognition. This annual event is observed in the first week of November and is aimed at promoting the important awareness of stress and its effects on mental health, well-being, and overall quality of life. One of the primary goals is to raise public awareness about the causes of stress and its impact on both our personal and professional lives. This includes understanding the physiological and psychological effects of stress and how it can affect our overall health. The week also serves as an opportunity to promote mental well-being by encouraging discussions around mental health. In order to recognise that stress can lead to a variety of mental health issues, it is vitally important to ensure that you and your employees are adequately trained and kitted out with the right knowledge in this area. We've talked about our involvement with RTC North in the North East over recent weeks. This week sees us have a presence in their lounge at the #OWNE2024 event in Sunderland.
