Welcome to Affordable Art Fair! Our mission is to democratise the art world and make art accessible to all. The very first edition of the Affordable Art Fair took place in London’s Battersea Park in October 1999. Ten thousand art lovers descended upon the fair to browse and buy original contemporary paintings, sculptures, photographs and prints in a relaxed and friendly environment. We now hold 17 fairs in 14 cities around the world including London, New York, Hong Kong, Hamburg, Berlin, Amsterdam, Brussels, Vienna, Singapore, Stockholm, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and Austin. Each year we welcome nearly 220,000 art enthusiasts to our fairs globally, where they can discover a mix of local, national and international galleries showcasing a wide array of affordable artworks by established artists and rising stars. At this year's Affordable Art Fair Hamburg, visitors will be able to discover parts of the work cycle "Archetypes of Concrete Art" by Darko Caramello Nikolic at the Emerging Artist exhibition. Initiated in 2012 by Fair Director Oliver Lähndorf, this annual exhibition has given a curated platform to unrepresented new talents, often recent graduates from the University of fine Arts Hamburg.
