ForFarmers is to collaborate with a UK biotechnology company to investigate the use of microalgae protein, grown with CO2 emissions from industrial processes, as a feed material. A survey from the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) has found that the farm let sector remained stable in 2023, despite fears that owners would take land back in-hand for environmental uses.
