📢 EXCITING UPDATE for Thursday's FREE workshop! 👉 Second speaker announced for the free Mental Health and Wellbeing online workshop on November 28th Dr Emily Peckham is co-director of the Centre for Mental Health and Society. Her work focuses on reducing the health inequalities of people with severe mental ill health (SMI), focusing on reducing health risk behaviours and improving care practices. Emily is currently Chief Investigator for the SPACES study, a collaborative initiative aimed at improving physical activity levels in individuals with severe mental ill health to address their increased risk of preventable diseases like cardiovascular disease. Join us in the upcoming free Mental Health and Wellbeing workshop to hear more about this exciting study and the work Emily is involved in.
