Key points covered included: 🔹 Work Planning & Understanding: Refreshing our approach to SSOW/RAMS protocols and weekly planning meetings. 🔹 PPE Compliance: Ensuring all team members set the standard by wearing correct, company-issued safety gear. 🔹 Scaffold Safety Standards: A deep dive into SG4:22, TG20:21, and compliance sheets to maintain industry-leading safety practices. 🔹 Operational Efficiency: Covering material management, inspections, and housekeeping to drive better performance and site safety. 🔹 Advanced Techniques: Training on specialist scaffold setups such as Haki Staircases and Debris Chutes, ensuring best practice adherence. This refresher was an excellent opportunity to ensure our team remains fully aligned with current standards and equipped to deliver exceptional quality and safety on every project.
