What an amazing and *wheel-y* fun Team Away Day! 🛞 🎉 Celebrating hard work and achievements is key to any company's success, and so it was brilliant to bring the akoova team together in Manchester for some friendly competition on the tracks. 🏁 We kicked off the day with some high-speed action - an amazing time go-karting at TeamSport Indoor Go Karting. 3rd and 2nd place went to Francis Gallagher and Jack Hughes respectively, and congratulations on 1st place went to Harley McKenzie, our Akoova F1 champion! 🍲 Afterwards, we enjoyed a delicious meal at Riva Blu restaurant, followed by some well-deserved drinks and great conversation. 🎱 The evening wrapped up with some further healthy competition courtesy of a brotherly battle over the pool table between Charles Hughes and Jack Hughes! Sadly, for various reasons (included the dreaded weather!), not everyone in the company was able to make it on the day. Liv Bittencourt, Maeve Rohan-Smith, Abigail Mukasa and Amy Swan - your presence was missed and we will get together again soon. It was a day filled with energy, laughter and camaraderie. Our brilliant client Diptyque Paris are getting in the festive spirit and spreading some holiday magic with a little help from felt artist Lucy Sparrow. The artist and her team handcrafted upwards of 5,000 exclusive felt creations to transform a dedicated space within two of the brand's flagship stores - London and Paris - into a stunning recreation of a traditional quaint delicatessen. Lucy is the latest artist to work their magic on the conceptual exhibition space - known as the Ephemeral Space - within these two stores, joining a list of influential artists that include French sculptor Cyril Lancelin. Additionally, Lucy has also designed this year's packaging of Diptyque Paris's scent collection of sought-after candles.
