Last Monday we commenced the 24/25 'Leading the Way' Executive Mini-MBA programme. Over the week long workshop colleagues discussed strategic approaches to Leadership and Management as well as building out their internal network. They'll now turn their focus in working towards their Level 7 CMI Certificate in Strategic Management & Leadership Practice, with the help and guidance of the course tutors Alex Firmin and Stewart McCombe - good luck to all of the cohort as they set off on this exciting development journey! #MoreLearning #BackingYou #BeyondBanking
