Developing leaders and teams through experiential learning. Founder of All Method designing learning and development experiences unique as your needs.

The Perfect Combination for Unforgettable Learning Experiences Hello, LinkedIn community! I’m Jasper Marriott, the Co-Founder and CEO of All Method, an experiential learning and person-centred facilitation company. I believe I bring a unique blend of skills, experiences, and background that make our learning experiences truly engaging and impactful. A Journey of Creativity and Education My journey began in the world of contemporary dance, where I trained as a performer. Touring extensively both nationally and internationally as a dancer and actor, I gained invaluable insights into the power of metaphor and storytelling. This experience laid the foundation for my passion for creating immersive learning experiences. From Dance to Education Transitioning from dance to education, I spent 20 years as a teacher and manager, designing courses and learning experiences for thousands of people of all ages. My work in dance education allowed me to blend creativity with pedagogy, crafting programs that were both educational and engaging. The Magic Touch Adding another layer to my expertise, I have a background in designing and performing theatrical magic. This unique skill set allows me to infuse a sprinkle of magic into our learning experiences, making them not only educational but also enchanting and memorable. A Perfect Melting Pot All these experiences come together to create a perfect melting pot of creativity and educational theory. At All Method, we design experiential learning experiences grounded in proven methods but elevated with a touch of theatrical magic. Our participants are drawn into engaging learning journeys, emerging more aware, wiser, and ready to tackle future challenges with a new mindset, knowledge, and skills. I’m excited to continue this journey and help others unlock their potential through innovative and person-centred learning experiences. visit www.allmethod.co.uk to find out more #LeadershipDevelopment #ExperientialLearning #PersonCentredLeadership #InnovativeLearning #Education #Creativity #TheatreMagic #LearningExperiences

  • Fable Friday! 🌟 The Power of Teamwork: Lessons from "The Lion and the Mouse" 🌟 In the heart of the jungle, a mighty lion was taking a nap when a tiny mouse accidentally ran across his paw. The lion woke up and caught the mouse, ready to eat him. The mouse pleaded for his life, promising to help the lion someday. Amused, the lion let the mouse go. Days later, the lion got trapped in a hunter's net. Hearing his roars, the mouse rushed to his aid and gnawed through the ropes, setting the lion free. This story reminds us that every team member, regardless of size or role, has unique strengths that contribute to the team's success. This simple story holds a profound lesson for team development: Diversity: Every team member, regardless of size or role, has unique strengths that contribute to the team's success.  Support: Mutual support and cooperation can lead to overcoming even the most challenging obstacles.  Gratitude: Recognizing and appreciating the contributions of all team members fosters a positive team culture. Let's embrace the wisdom of this fable and focus on building strong, cohesive teams. Remember, every member's contribution matters!

Here’s a snippet from a podcast Chris Le'cand-Harwood 📺 and I recorded on Monday where I used ‘Blue Monday’ as a platform to open up discussions around retention on Engage Care Talent we want to hear from anyone who would like to share best practice, innovative approaches and strategies for keeping hold of your top talent. And I personally encourage anyone feeling the blues to get outside and exercise, it’s sometimes difficult to find the motivation but the after feeling is worth it. For me it’s the best way to manage my own mental health and the big wide world tends to put things into perspective ❤️

The ants, focused on their task, stored food diligently, knowing that winter would soon arrive. When the cold season finally came, the ants thrived in their cozy nest, well-prepared for the harsh conditions. Developing leaders and teams through experiential learning. Founder of All Method designing learning and development experiences unique as your needs.

Building a Culture That Prevents Soft Quitting Soft quitting is a silent crisis that can significantly impact team morale, productivity, and overall organisational resilience. It's not just about employees feeling tired or frustrated—it's about them feeling disconnected from their roles and the mission of the organisation. To combat this, leaders must create an environment that fosters emotional connection, purpose, and growth. This is where person-centered leadership comes into play. By focusing on helping employees find meaning in their work, leaders can help them rediscover motivation and align their personal passions with their professional roles. Experiential learning and development are key to this approach. By engaging in hands-on, immersive experiences, leaders can develop new patterns of behavior and thinking that better support their teams. This not only helps in building a culture where people feel they belong but also encourages continuous personal and professional growth. Regular feedback loops and transparent communication are essential. Leaders should prioritise one-on-one meetings to gauge the emotional well-being of their team members and provide opportunities for professional development through training or mentoring. Creating opportunities for employees to contribute to cross-functional projects or work outside their comfort zone can reignite their curiosity and excitement for their roles. It's vital to continuously challenge employees while supporting their growth. Ultimately, when employees are genuinely engaged, they bring their best selves to the table—not just in terms of skills, but also emotionally. And that’s the secret to long-term success. Let's build a culture of curiosity, purpose, and continuous development to prevent soft quitting and ensure a motivated, high-performing workforce. #Leadership #SoftQuitting #ExperientialLearning #EmployeeEngagement #WorkplaceCulture

  • Fable Friday! 🌟 The Power of Teamwork: Lessons from "The Tortoise and the Hare" 🌟 Once upon a time, in a lush forest, a speedy hare and a slow tortoise decided to race. The hare, confident in his speed, dashed off and quickly left the tortoise far behind. Feeling certain of his victory, the hare decided to take a nap midway. Meanwhile, the tortoise plodded along steadily, never stopping or giving up. To everyone's surprise, the tortoise crossed the finish line first, proving that slow and steady wins the race. This simple story holds a profound lesson for team development: Consistency: Just like the tortoise, consistent effort and perseverance can lead to success, even when faced with seemingly unbeatable challenges.  Focus: The tortoise's unwavering focus on the goal is a reminder to stay committed and avoid distractions.  Humility: The hare's overconfidence teaches us the importance of humility and respecting our teammates' efforts. Let's embrace the wisdom of this fable and focus on building strong, cohesive teams. Remember, slow and steady wins the race!

  • 🌟 The Power of Teamwork: Lessons from a Fable 🌟 Once upon a time, in a quaint village, an old man had three sons who were always quarreling. To teach them the importance of unity, he called them together and handed each a single stick. "Break it," he said. With a snap, each son easily broke their stick. Then, the old man tied several sticks into a bundle and handed it to his sons. "Now, try to break this," he challenged. Despite their combined strength, the bundle remained unbroken. The old man smiled and said, "Individually, you are weak like a single stick. Together, you are strong and unbreakable." This timeless fable offers powerful insights for team development: Strength in Unity: Just like the bundle of sticks, a team that stands together is far stronger than individuals working alone. Collaboration: When team members support each other, they can overcome challenges that would be insurmountable individually. Diversity: Each stick in the bundle represents different skills and perspectives. Together, they create a resilient and versatile team. Support: A united team provides mutual support, ensuring no one bears the burden alone. Let's embrace the wisdom of this fable and focus on building strong, cohesive teams. Remember, together we are unbreakable! #TeamDevelopment #Leadership #Collaboration #WorkplaceCulture #Teamwork
