About us
Allpipe Engineering Ltd, strategically located in Maydown, was founded in February 1994. Our current workforce is approx. 100 people with a very diverse background of pipefitters, welders, fabricators and installation personnel. Allpipe have the capability and floor space to expand the work force if necessary. Our ongoing programme of training and investment, both in technology and people has created a world class pipe fabricator with highly motivated management and workforce alike. Allpipe are committed to maintaining our status at the forefront of pipe fabrication, aligned with accreditation to BS EN ISO 9001:2008. Our Northern Irish plant consists of a Pipe & Vessel Fabrication Shop which is 15,000 square feet in size and a 2,000 square feet Secondary Steel and Bracket fabrication shop. It is fully equipped with the most technologically advanced fabrication machinery and utilises continuous welding processes. We also have a separate Stainless Steel Pipe Fabrication Shop of over 5000 square feet. We have a fully certified X-Ray facility on site approx. 500 square feet. This allows an uninterrupted fabrication process while X-Raying takes place on our premises.

Well. Today marks the 30th Anniversary of AE Global (formerly Allpipe Engineering) from their incorporation on 4th February 1994. Allpipe started out small, as a venture between five friends – four plumber/pipefitters and a draftsman - who realised that their current jobs weren’t as secure as they once were. In the beginning, the partners had to expand their skillsets, to meet the company’s needs, but they soon began growing their workforce by slowly stepping into different markets and expanding further afield. In 2011, Allpipe expanded further by adding their E&I division (Electrical & Instrumentation) and shortly after this, rebranded as AE Global. From small beginnings, the company has gradually and consistently grown to be a highly respected Mechanical & Electrical Contractor - specialising in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Power and Micro-electronics industries - who now employ more than 150 people from the Northwest. As we hit this 30-year milestone, the employees would like to congratulate the directors – past and present – for their commitment to the company and their belief in the workforce. And the directors would like to thank the employees for their hard work, loyalty and focus in helping to grow the company’s reputation to what it is today. As we reach the 30th anniversary, everyone associated with AE Global should feel a sense of pride!
