Another day, another report highlighting the lack of robust homelessness data in the UK. This time an open letter from Florence Eshalomi - Chair of the Housing, Communities and Local Government Committee - to Angela Rayner and Rushanara A. It is for exactly this reason that LandAid is leading a collaborative piece of work to create a UK "Homelessness Data Taskforce" bringing together policy makers, charities and data expertise to improve the awareness, quality and robustness of data and also to explore new data collection and analysis techniques.
