🌟 Celebrating Excellence in Climate Action! 🌟 We are thrilled to announce that our Climate and Planning Action Unit (CaPU) has been recognized at the prestigious Essex Housing Awards! 🏆 The team received three nominations for their outstanding work in helping Essex achieve its Net Zero targets and were highly commended in the Excellence in Construction Skills category for their Essex Net Zero Specification Guide. This guide, commissioned by Essex Climate Action Commission, promotes net zero construction across Essex by offering practical guidance for six residential typologies. It covers fabric and system options, including renewable technologies. We are incredibly proud of CaPU’s contributions to making Essex a greener, more sustainable place to live. Their work not only supports developers but also ensures that new homes are energy-efficient and cost-effective for residents.
