Private-equity backed mergers, acquisitions, start-ups and technology platforms have transformed the landscape...yet despite that, so much of what makes a successful agency team remains as relevant as it ever has. The Amica Scientific team has been on the road again this week, attending #MAPSEMEA24 in Madrid and participating in some fascinating interactive sessions and seeing many friendly faces. During the meeting, entitled ‘From Action to Impact’, two key themes stood out as playing a significant role in shaping medical affairs for the future: 1) Patient Engagement 2) Artificial Intelligence.
