Congratulations to Club Tyrone GAA on the launch of their Red Hand Business Club (RHBC). It was a fantastic morning at their inaugural breakfast event at the Garvaghey Centre, with standing room only as we heard from Darragh Cullen (EDGE Innovate), Roisin Shanks (EY) and Niall Devlin (Bank of Ireland) on the challenges and opportunities facing businesses, and the important role having a stronger bond and network can play. We were fortunate to have GAA President Jarlath Burns join us and give such candid insights into the work they are doing to improve the sport for everyone. Well done to Lynette Fay on her entertaining hosting! Amplifi Solutions are delighted to be one of the first members of the RHBC and look forward to contributing to its growth and the positive impact it will continue to make in Tyrone. It’s always one we look forward to! #Inboundinvestors2024 in Belfast got off to a great start and it’s brilliant to see some great match ups between investors and some of the indigenous business. It was our pleasure to support Par Equity at their summer BBQ last week. As I alluded to at the time, both businesses have gone on a bit of a growth journey over the last couple of years, including moving into new geographies and growing the teams. Par have a tremendous portfolio of investee companies, supported by an excellent team, and we really enjoy playing our small part in their bid to solve the next round of technological challenges that we face. Getting the opportunity to listen to the founders, board members and investors into these enterprises gave us a lot of food for thought, and I hope will enable us to continue to evolve our own process to meet these needs.
