Welcome, Reagan Kerr, to the IPL team as a Junior Business Development Manager. Starting out in any industry can be challenging, but with the right support, it’s an opportunity to gain real experience and grow. Reagan will be working closely with the team, developing key skills and getting involved in real projects. We’ve been joined by Ruby Edes-Green, daughter of Jason Edes CMgr MCMI, in gaining valuable skills while fundraising for a once-in-a-lifetime charity event in 2026. For each day Ruby supported our team, Amthal has made a donation towards her goal to take part in Camp Cambodia. Her adventure will not only take her to a beautiful destination filled with exciting activities. These include her love of swimming and a first-time scuba diving experience. It will also see her contributing to meaningful community and environmental projects. What an absolute tragedy. Incidents like this highlight the urgent need for greater awareness around the risks of lithium-ion batteries, both at home and in businesses. These batteries power so much of our daily lives, yet many don’t realise the fire hazards they pose when damaged, overcharged, or improperly stored.
