I tried making Thomas Keller's Eggs Benedict this morning. Carefully poached the eggs, toasted the English muffins, and whisked up his velvety Hollandaise sauce. As I assembled everything together, it felt like a masterpiece. I think I nailed it!

Martha Stewart's Perfect Pie Crust Ingredients: * 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour * 1 teaspoon salt * 1 tablespoon sugar * 1 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces * 1/4-1/2 cup ice water Instructions: 1. In a food processor, pulse the flour, salt, and sugar to combine. Add the butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse sand. 2. With the machine running, gradually add the ice water through the feed tube until the dough comes together in a ball. 3. Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a disk. Wrap the disks in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days. 4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out one of the dough disks into a 12-inch circle. Transfer the dough to a 9-inch pie dish and trim the edges, leaving a 1-inch overhang. 5. Repeat with the remaining dough to make a top crust. http://ow.ly/2lCa30sy8ZQ
