Recent work that has been carried out on a couple of iron removal filters. Going by the pictures I’m sure you can agree they haven’t been removing much iron 💦 Filters overhauled and then put back online the correct way ready to remove iron.

Recent work carried out on this Fleck 9500 water softener, filled with Purolite resin, programmed up and commissioned ready to be put into service.

New membrane housing fitted due to damage on the lip, new membranes also fitted at the same time to bring the R.O flow back to life.

6” pvc pipe and 4” pvc victaulic coupling replaced with new stainless steel fittings due to existing failing and causing water damage where the pvc pipework had failed.

Routine maintenance work carried out along with new controller and pilot pistons fitted. This means a more reliable operation of the water softeners.
