‼️ HB acquires TPS ‼️ We are pleased to announce the acquisition of TPS Rental Systems by HB RTS, strengthening HB's position as a leading provider of supply chain infrastructure to a wide range of European food producers, wholesalers and retailers, as well as select other end markets. The acquisition is strategically important for HB and highly complementary to its existing business, expanding it into new European geographies and accelerating its growth in the intermediate bulk container segment, with a primary focus on the food value chain.   Under Arcus ownership, HB has become a leading pan-European operator in the pooling, rental and overall logistics of reusable load carriers, including crates, pallets, bulk containers and rolling equipment. This week, some of the team joined Trees for Cities to support its efforts in creating greener cities, planting 12 brand new elm and hazel trees in Ashburton Playing Fields, Croydon 🌳 The playing fields sit within neighbourhoods with canopy cover well below the London average and which are among the 30% most deprived in the country, highlighting the importance of Trees for Cities' work.
