This is such a nice account of the ways PIs like @tamsinford are supporting their postdocs. It's great to see the #goodvibes continuing to ripple out from our Research Culture Celebration. #researchculture
Some photos from the Research Culture Celebration. It was such a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the good work that people are doing to improve Research Culture at the University of Cambridge. Well done to all of our nominees and a big thank you to all who nominated someone. Our researchers are conducting interviews with nominees and together with the testimonials submitted with the nominations, we will analyse this rich data and produce outputs, including resources over the next few months. Stay tuned! #researchculture University of Cambridge Kamal Munir Julian Rayner Paula Bibby Kate Murray Liz Simmonds Steve Joy

Last week we focused on the positive success of our Research Culture Celebration which highlighted some the good work that is going on around the University to improve Research Culture in research teams. This week we will turn our attention to the other part of this piece of research which looks at #researcher identity and expectations. We'll be sharing a poster or two each day that offers a glimpse into what participants have told us in the Your Research Your Voice study. If you're in Cambridge, keep your eyes peeled for these posters featuring anonymised quotes submitted through the Your Research Your Voice study. The research is ongoing, and we are keeping the study open for a few more weeks, but we wanted to share a snippet of what people are sharing with us now as head into the start of term. For more details follow the QR code on the poster! #researchculture #expectations #postdocs

We are still buzzing from last night's Research Culture Celebration! We had over a 100 colleagues from across University of Cambridge gathered together at Kettle's Yard to celebrate the 44 individual and 7 groups who have been nominated by their colleagues for positive contributions to Research Culture. Below is a video with some of the anonymised testimonials. It was a fantastic evening and we are so grateful to everyone who contributed to its success. Photos from the event and further details on our next steps with the research to follow! #researchculture #researchculturecelebration
