It's been 8 months since completion of this extensive and successful Decarbonisation project for Bassetlaw District Council. The client is already seeing significant savings on energy use! Ashlo Construction Consultants Ltd provided a full range of Quantity Surveying services for the main contractor Miller Freeman & Sons (Nottingham) Ltd.
Works now complete on our Queen’s Building’s decarbonisation project. Great project which has been a pleasure to deliver. There were many challenges including working in a live building and not being able to disrupt any services, including heating through winter. We managed to overcome all of these with minimal fuss. Thanks to Bassetlaw District Council for putting their trust in us. - Fully designed & delivered by our team. - Full new heating system, comprising of 6no 40kw heat pumps, all new emitters and pipework. - Full new plant room. - New boosted cold water system. - 2no heat pumps feeding hot water cylinders. - New ventilation. - New BMS system. - New LED lighting throughout. - Electrical upgrade. - 40kw solar PV array. - Lightening protection upgrade. - Full new roof with insulation upgrade. - New windows. - Boxings and decoration to all work areas on all floors. #decarbonisation #renewables #teamwork
