🚧 Breaking down barriers to business mentoring 🚧    Our recent research paper shows that professional business mentoring delivers powerful benefits, from driving growth to improving well being. However, many business owners still face challenges in accessing this vital resource:     1️⃣ Mentor Availability: 25% of business leaders found it harder than expected to find a mentor, indicating a potential mismatch between demand and supply.    2️⃣ Qualifications Matter: 34% of respondents cited difficulty in finding mentors with the right professional experience or qualifications as a significant obstacle.     These barriers indicate that there’s more work to be done to ensure mentoring is accessible to all who need it. 📈 Business mentoring creates jobs    Mentoring doesn’t just grow businesses; it grows teams.
