    How is the UK F&B Sector Recovering? Our Food & Beverage Report H1 2024 sheds light on the current state of F&B profitability in the UK. Despite signs of recovery, profit margins remain significantly below pre-pandemic levels, with 2024 still trailing behind 2019. On Page 8, the data reveals that while F&B profit margins in the UK have shown a slight recovery from 2023, they are still far below the levels seen in 2019. Rising labour and operational costs are major factors holding back profitability, making it clear that the sector needs bold, experience-driven strategies to accelerate recovery in the coming years.
