Within the UK, choose from our historic converted mill in Witney, Oxfordshire — complete with allotments and barbecues — or our sleek London office in Shepherd’s Bush, near Westfield Shopping Centre. We also have a US office in Boston’s trendy North End. Regular socials take place at each office, providing time to connect with others away from work. We welcome and celebrate differences and encourage everyone to bring their true selves to work. Our global diversity, equity, and inclusion group, Unify, was set up to raise awareness of DE&I at Audley and identify areas we can improve on. After all, it's our people that make Audley successful. 🚀 Exciting Kick-Off to Our Building Careers Initiatives for 2025! 🚀 This week marked the beginning of our highly anticipated Building Careers 2025 initiatives. Our Building Careers Manager, Duncan Middleton, took part in the first two careers' fairs of the year, Bacon’s College Rotherhithe and The Charter School East Dulwich. Over the course of just two days, more than 2,000 enthusiastic pupils connected with local employers and colleges, delving into discussions about their futures and potential career paths. 🌟 The events provided an invaluable opportunity for students to explore various industries and discover the steps to their futures. 💬 "A massive thanks to those of you who were able to join us for the Careers Fair today. Today marks the beginning of National Apprenticeship Week 2025, which celebrates the preservation and nurturing of craft skills that are crucially important to the British luxury sector. During this week, Walpole is taking time to reflect on its recent work to promote apprenticeships within the British luxury sector – as well as looking forward to the future talent that such apprenticeships support. 👩🏫 Last month, Walpole CEO, Helen Brocklebank, presented Walpole’s Luxury in the Making study in the House of Commons. Briefing an audience of MPs, Helen explained the British luxury sector's support of regional work forces and the imperative to reform the Apprenticeship Levy, asking for greater flexibility for employers and more relevant training for employees.
