Aurora: a Spectrum Science company reposted this
Managing Director at Aurora Healthcare Communications - Global Health Marketing and Communications partner
It was fantastic to be with our GHMC - Global Health Marketing & Communications partners at our AGM in Milan, brilliantly hosted by our colleagues in Connexia. We discussed everything. The use of AI to drive productivity and promote agility; how to build resilience into our businesses; and importantly spent time strengthening how we can work better to achieve outcomes for our clients. As European Hub lead, it was great to spend time with our Partners across the world. It's been a challenging year for many, but together, we have much to be proud of. I wrote about how Global (or Glocal) approaches are vital as we look to the next horizon of scientific innovation and the potential for life-changing outcomes they bring. To do so, it's time we embraced change. It's clear that everyone in our GHMC network believes that too.
In a world where uncertainty demands change, the life sciences industry must adapt. At Spectrum Science, our 'Glocal' approach combines global expertise with local insights, ensuring that innovations reach those who need them most. As we gather for our GHMC - Global Health Marketing & Communications AGM in Milan, Italy, we're thrilled to reconnect with our GHMC partners from around the world. This event is a fantastic opportunity to share inspiring ideas and knowledge and continue innovating in the industry together🌍 In the context of our discussions, we are addressing the challenges facing the pharmaceutical industry, particularly the ongoing global innovation recession. With pandemic recovery, rising inflation, and political instability, the life sciences sector—usually resilient—has seen unprecedented drops in investment and clinical trial starts. So, how do we reignite innovation? Our Managing Director, Chris Bath, addresses this in his latest blog, emphasising the importance of thinking ‘Glocal’🌎 By embracing both global and local perspectives, we can revitalise the industry. Success in life sciences requires understanding and integrating local market dynamics within a global framework, from clinical trial recruitment to commercial strategies and market access planning. 👉 Read Chris Bath’s full blog on how thinking ‘Glocal’ can help the pharmaceutical industry overcome its innovation recession. https://lnkd.in/g2Sm4z4s
