Launch of #WeAreAWP 🚀 Throughout April we held a variety of sessions for our 5,000 staff which focused on all the things that contribute to a positive experience at work, from an effective approach to appraisals and supervision, an organisation which celebrates achievement, to an environment which thrives on learning and improvement. Called We Are AWP, the campaign also included a short video which staff helped create which describes what a positive experience looks like for them. Ready to join us?
