I was entrusted to fly the Proactive Young People C.I.C flag for Sam last Friday at the Women With Vision Networking & Lunch via the Milton Keynes Chamber of Commerce and Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce. Rachel Collar - HR Rockstar🤘⭐️ at Haus of HR 🏠 did a fab presentation, very engaging and fun (the interactive and digital word clouds were my fav!) - I LOVE presenting styles that are a little different to the norm! 👏 Thank you for the homework Rachel 🫶🏻 I also got to meet a couple of lovely ladies, Michelle Shaw at C2C Social Action, a great organisation that helps people from all walks of life get back on their feet with support and applied action. Also, Zerani Scears at AZ SCEARS MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED who do events in schools i.e. talks and activities which help to build soft skills in our young people and so much more 👏 When is the next one Samantha Fitzgerald? 😝

Site update from Assistant Planner Ben Avis! "This project is split into two key sections: the first comprises a housing estate featuring 112 brand-new houses, currently in various stages of construction. The second consists of four apartment blocks, which, once completed, will provide 261 new homes, contributing significantly to the area’s growing residential community. The overall project has now progressed well into the second half of the construction phase, with multiple aspects of work taking place simultaneously. The final set of apartments has entered the construction stage, marking a significant milestone in the development. Meanwhile, the first phase of houses is nearing completion, with the final finishing touches being applied to ensure they are ready for occupation.
