B&R are pleased to announce that we have secured the Ventilation package for 100 New Bridge Street. Following on from the success at 33 Charterhouse St (Now the JJ Mack Building) B&R are back working with SES & MACE delivering developer Helical's next Flagship project close to Blackfriars Station. Having been involved in the early stages of the process and having already completed mock ups and various collaborative buildability meetings with SES & MACE, we are now moving into the preconstruction phase in which we are developing several innovative processes to ensure the onsite build is as quick & efficient as possible to meet the fast paced program. B&R are pleased to announce that we have secured the Ventilation package for Wells House situated on the corner of Wells St. & Oxford St. Having suffered multi year delays due to planning issues the project is now finally underway and we are looking forward to get going and contribute to the much needed development for one of the worlds most iconic streets. The building will feature high quality retail space at ground floor along with a nightclub in the basement & multiple floors of office space above.

We're proud to showcase stunning photos of our recently delivered flagship mixed-use scheme, 80 New Bond Street, successfully transformed by our London team for Hines. The project involved part demolition of the existing lift core, adding three floors to create eight in total. The Cat A fit-out features two retail units on the ground and first floors, totalling 6,000 sq ft, while the office space spans 31,000 sq ft with flexible floorplates and a spacious communal roof terrace.
