This year, store standards have been excellent which made the decision of selecting our overall 'Perfect Day' store winner even more difficult!    ‘Perfect Day' is an initiative that gives all our teams the chance to showcase their store at the busiest time of the year.  Congratulations to our Regional winners from across the country:   ✨ Dumbarton, Edge Lane, Telford, Neath, Cortonwood, Brunel and Goldington! ✨   We're delighted to announce that this year's overall Perfect Day winner, personally chosen by our Retail Director, James Kew, was Edge Lane! 🎉   Congratulations to the entire team who have transformed Edge Lane over the past 8 months, with Store Manager Adam and Deputy Zac delivering in every aspect. We're proud to unveil our Retail 'Perfect Day' Area winners... 'Perfect Day' is an initiative that gives all our stores the chance to demonstrate they’re in top-notch condition, especially for the busiest time of the year. From the Area winners, seven finalists are selected, with one store from the whole company soon to be named the overall winner! With over 750 stores to choose from, it wasn’t an easy task. The store standards were exceptionally impressive, making the selection of the 'Perfect Day' store winner even more challenging. 🔊 Congratulations to our new store team who have unveiled the eagerly anticipated new store at 📍 Willowburn Retail Park, Alnwick! Our Store Manager said: “We’re feeling extremely positive about the creation of more jobs for local people, and we hope customers are going to be delighted with their new store.” The team were joined by local charity Mind & Sole, who helped launch our newest store. Mind & Sole, were chosen for the incredible work they do for the community, to encourage people to improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing. Cash for Kids Mission Christmas is warming hearts this winter ❄ Although we launched on Monday this week, trolleys are already overflowing with gifts in stores across the country, as well as at our support centre in Liverpool 🎁 Last year, B&M customers generously raised over £17.4 million, helped almost 300,000 children and young people experience the magic of a visit from Santa 🎅. Last week, we announced the exciting news that we’ll be opening a new Imports Centre in Ellesmere Port. This state-of-the-art, 675,000-square-foot facility will streamline our inbound shipping container flow and optimise the capacity of our five existing Distribution Centres, helping our UK stores serve millions of customers right across the country.   We’re laying firm foundations to deliver our goal of having no fewer than 1,200 B&M stores across the UK. 🎅 It's official - Mission Christmas is BACK! 🎅 Christmas is fast approaching and, although we’re very excited here at B&M, for the millions of struggling children and families across the country it can be a really difficult time of year. After 10 years of success, we’re once again partnering with Cash for Kids, backing their Mission Christmas appeal to help bring some Christmas magic to disadvantaged children across the UK.
