We are thrilled to announce that our 99MW/99MWh battery storage project in Iron Acton, South Gloucestershire has received planning approval! This project will store renewable energy during peak production times, helping to power approximately 26,700 homes and reducing CO2 emissions by 18,300 tonnes annually – the equivalent of taking 13,000 cars off the road! 🚗💨 Iron Acton will be key to balancing the grid, efficiently storing clean energy, and supporting the UK’s journey to net zero. Plus, we’ve integrated a biodiversity enhancement plan to boost local habitats and hedgerows. 🌱 Curious to learn more about this milestone project? A great two days at the B2B Marketing Expo UK at Excel London! My top 3 takeaways from the event💡: 1️⃣ B2B sales cycles are longer than ever, and they're only getting longer. As buying teams grow and conduct more research, content strategy becomes an essential tool for B2B sellers. 2️⃣ Excited about LinkedIn's new buyer groups targeting feature launching in 2025 - curious to see how it will shape our strategy. 3️⃣ Gaining a deeper understanding of the 'messy middle' of the customer journey and the KPIs we need to develop effective tactics and optimise channel activities. It was a fantastic opportunity for the team to dive into new trends, industry updates, and fresh inspiration! Looking forward to implementing these insights into Balance Power 2025 strategy. 🔋🌍 #B2BMarketing #MarketingTrends

This past week, we held our consultation event at Over Rankeilour, connecting with the Cupar community to discuss our plans for the proposed 29.9MW solar farm. ☀ Engaging with local communities is a crucial part of our work, and these events give us a chance to listen, learn, and ensure we’re making a positive impact. We believe that building sustainable energy solutions means working together with communities every step of the way. The feedback we received was invaluable, and we’re committed to using it to shape the project as we move forward. A second consultation will be held in January, where we’ll present an updated plan shaped by the insights shared so far. A big thank you to everyone who attended and shared their thoughts, and to Orbit Communications and Savills for all their help. 🌍💬 You can find out more about the project here - https://lnkd.in/dEc9HVus #CommunityEngagement #SustainableFuture #RenewableEnergy
