On Wednesday we hosted our Managers Meeting at Lee Valley Velopark. We spent the morning discussing our plans for 2025 and beyond, and then once the serious business was done the fun began! The afternoon was spent on track, with many of the team getting their first taste of velodrome action. We also had various challenges and team-building activities taking place upstairs for those not on the track. Thanks to the whole team for making it a great day, and for their continued hard work. What a great day yesterday! 11 recent new starters got the full overview of who we are, why we do what we do and where the business is going. A huge well done to all of our team who tackled London to Brighton for The Grace Eyre Foundation on Sunday! On Saturday we ran a Gravel Demo Event including a 2 hour ride out from our Gatwick store. Despite the sun deciding to hide behind the clouds, it was smiles all round (for both attendees and staff).
