What a week it's been! Yesterday, I had the privilege of sharing the (virtual) stage with the incredibly generous Helen Armstrong, who, in my experience, truly embodies the philosophy of 'there’s more than enough for everyone.' Together, we successfully delivered our session at the 2024 ICB UK (Institute of Certified Bookkeepers) Virtual Summit, sharing key insights with our fellow #icbbookkeepers, on working with charities. I’ll admit, I almost let fear get the better of me and chickened out, but I’m so glad I pushed through. It was an enriching experience, and I’m grateful to ICB UK (Institute of Certified Bookkeepers) for the opportunity. A huge thank you to all 54 bookkeepers who were able to join us live - you made it all the more worthwhile! Here’s to continued growth, shared knowledge, and stepping outside of our comfort zones!

Yesterday was a blast! I really needed this year’s ICB UK (Institute of Certified Bookkeepers) conference! As usual, came away buzzing with ideas. The difference this year, I also left with valuable connections, some familiar faces I’ve known for a while & others I had the pleasure of meeting in-person for the first time, and I’m excited to continue learning from and collaborating with them.
