  • There was a buzz at Banijay HQ last week as we hosted a 𝘕𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘎𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘛𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘕𝘦𝘵𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵 for trainees who have worked on Banijay UK shows across the year, and from industry schemes we support, including Edinburgh TV Festival’s The Network, Mama Youth, Royal Television Society’s Bursary scheme and our own Kudos Knight production training scheme, which all focus on helping talented people who might not ordinarily have access to the industry, get ahead. Panel discussions included How To Get Ahead in TV & Digital and How To Get an Idea Commissioned. Nurturing upcoming showrunners, heads of development, production managers, directors and more is so important, and it was fantastic to host this next generation at Banijay UK. Stay tuned for curated clips of some of the insights they shared!
