There’s a skill to thinking clearly under pressure, and then turning it into your greatest advantage. That was the key message shared with our clients by Sir Clive Woodward, legendary Head Coach of England Rugby’s 2003 World Cup winners. At our Investment Consultant Breakfast event, Sir Clive, who also served as the British Olympic Association’s Director of Sport during the London 2012 Olympics, explained how high-performing individuals and teams can thrive under pressure while avoiding the pitfalls of stress. He shared his methods for becoming mentally resilient, sharpening decision-making, and building a winning culture. Resilience was also the focus of an insightful investment strategy presentation delivered by Nick Montgomery, who spoke about the approach of investing for the long term.
