Our amazing Finance Director, Hannah Burton, is raising funds for Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association this month and is nearing the finish line! 👏🥳 Six people are diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND) every day in the UK, which is around 5,000 people in the UK at any given time. It's a cause close to Hannah's heart and so far, she has completed an impressive 22.19 miles of her 31 mile challenge. Hannah is one of 5,351 participants who have collectively raised an incredible £445,000. What an inspiration! We told you 2025 would be a 'Bauer Engineering year to remember', didn't we? 😉 We’re thrilled to share some amazing news about Charlie Outram, our talented and incredibly valued finance apprentice at Bauer Engineering. Not only is Charlie excelling in his role & apprenticeship here, but his dedication and passion on the football field have also earned him a remarkable opportunity... Charlie has scored himself a scholarship to play for D'Youville University in America! ⚽ Charlie has been playing football since 2009, developing into a skilled and versatile left-sided player. Some of his career highlights include: 🏆Playing for Hull United in the Humber Premier League 🏆Contributing to Wyke's title-winning season in 2022 🏆Being part of the Bishop Burton Academy squad that won both a national title and a league title in 2023 His hard work, discipline, and drive are an inspiration, and we couldn’t be prouder of his accomplishments both on and off the field 🤓 Although Charlie isn't leaving us just yet (he has to get past Hannah Burton first), we wanted to wish him the best of luck and let him know we’ll be cheering you on from Bauer Engineering! ⭐ Who's going to DJ our country music now Charles?! 🎵🎧😭 Here’s to pushing boundaries, chasing dreams, and making the most of every opportunity 🙌 #inspiration #apprenticesuccess #footballscholarship #teambauer

Cheering Kevin Sinfield on from the office today 🏃♂️👏🙌 Today Kevin will cross Hull's well known rugby divide, running the first half in the colours of Hull FC and then switching to a red and white top - the colours of Hull KR. This day 5 of Kevin's goal to run 31 miles a day for seven days, to raise money for MND (motor neurone disease charities) - wow! The ex-Leeds Rhinos player is fundraising in memory of friend and team-mate Rob Burrow, who died of MND in June. Well done Kevin, such an inspiration! 🤗 #mnd #charity #motorneuronedisease
