🌸Last Saturday, our fantastic team got back to work, rolling up their sleeves and helping to brighten the gardens once again. Thanks to Angus, Anne, Barbara, Bill, Douglas, Fiona, Joan, Jock, Laura, Lisella, Marie, Neil, and Pat for their hard work and dedication! A special shoutout to Jock, who organised and delivered bags of compost, and to the team for tidying up the gardens and adding fresh compost to keep everything flourishing. 🌱💐 The weather was on our side, and the results speak for themselves – what a brilliant day! Your efforts make such a difference. Well done, team!

On Friday, over 50 brave participants took on the Kelpies Experience for Beatson Cancer Charity, getting a truly unique view of the iconic sculptures. They climbed inside the colossal Kelpies before embarking on an adrenaline-packed abseil back to the ground! 🧗♂️🚁 This thrilling challenge raised vital funds to support those facing cancer – an unforgettable adventure with a cause that matters. Last night, Now That's What I Call Business hosted a networking evening in collaboration with the Hydro Club 🥂 Run by the SEC's very own Hannah Cochrane alongside Courtney Flynn of The Superlative Collection and Charlene Low of Beatson Cancer Charity, raising awareness of the Beatson is at the centre of everything they do - collectively the trio has now raised £20k with last night's event increasing this to an impressive £25k! NWTICB is a spin-off to the renowned Now That’s What I Call Networking events that have run in Glasgow over the past 3-4 years. Both style of events will now run alongside each other in different venues throughout the city - so keep your eyes peeled 👀

Thank you to the wonderful Comrie Cancer Research & Relief Club team for their incredible support! The committee has been running their lovely charity shop in Comrie for decades, and since 2013, they’ve tirelessly raised funds for Beatson Cancer Charity. We are absolutely delighted to have received £8,500 since October, and an amazing total of £39,000 since their first donation! We’re incredibly grateful for Lynn Grierson and the entire team for their dedication and generosity. It was an absolute pleasure meeting them all, and we can’t thank them enough for their continued support in helping us make a difference. 🙏
