📢 £7500 Raised for Cancer Focus Northern Ireland from Inaugural Moy Park Belfast City 5K Fun Run ✨ The atmosphere was magical at the first-ever Moy Park Belfast City 5k Fun Run on 17th November. Families and friends turned up in their best festive outfits to spread some cheer around Belfast, kicking off the Christmas festivities 🎄 Over 100 runners, joggers and walkers took part to support Cancer Focus Northern Ireland, raising an incredible £7,500. This amazing total will go towards their Family Support service, helping to continue to provide much needed support for parents, carers, and children as they prepare to spend their last Christmas with a loved one, or face their first Christmas without them 💙 You can help make a difference to local families who are on their cancer journey in 2025 by signing up – tickets for the 2025 Moy Park Belfast City 5k Fun Run are now available. 🏃♂️Belfast City Marathon announced as lead sponsor for British and Irish Masters Cross Country International 🏃♀️ Northern Ireland Masters Athletics Association are set to host the 35th Annual British and Irish Masters Cross Country International at Billy Neil Country Park, with Belfast City Marathon announced as a proud lead sponsor for the prestigious event. Belfast City Marathon are looking forward to what will be a busy sporting weekend, with the British and Irish Masters Cross Country International taking place on Saturday 16th closely followed by the NEW Moy Park Belfast City 5K Fun Run on Sunday 17th November in Belfast City Centre. This International Cross Country is an event for both men and women athletes, all 35 years of age and over. There are teams from Northern Ireland, The Republic of Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales. All competitors are grouped together in 5 year age bands, with the oldest category being men 80 years of age and over.
