OUTSIDE OF WORK 💫 When not in my day job as HR Director and Coaching and Mentoring my private clients, you will find me spending time with my family and friends, travelling to meet new places and cultures, indulging in soul-nourishing food, and enjoying the sun. For me, it’s my morning coffee, a quick reflection on the day ahead, and a simple breath exercise to centre myself: Quick Breath Exercise: 1️⃣ Inhale deeply for 4 counts. 2️⃣ Hold your breath for 4 counts. 3️⃣ Exhale slowly for 6 counts. 4️⃣ Repeat 3 times. This small moment of mindfulness keeps me focused and ready to tackle the day. What’s your go-to ritual?
