Reflecting on a productive team meeting I organised with my consultants yesterday on the importance of communication when working in the mad world of recruitment! Things we covered - - It's okay to be stressed, annoyed, frustrated, we're all human and if you're getting ghosted or a candidate you were certain would be offered a role hasn't been offered the role, how do we react to this in a positive way? - Taking time in the day to take yourself away and collate your thoughts and feelings (lunchtime is important, breaks are important!) - Communication is key!!! - Looking at targets long term instead of focusing on the day to day, targets and KPI's/SLA's can be daunting but trusting in yourself and doing the basics are always key, granted (we're all human) and this can be difficult but self accountability is massive and fortunately in my team and Ben Williams Recruitment we have a shared success ethos and when the chips are down we pull together. Communicating your thoughts if you're worried that you're not where you want to be with your own personal targets and how we can improve this! If there's anyone out there that's recently watched "The Bear" on Disney+ (don't worry, no spoilers if you haven't watched it!) they have a huge focus on the "A B C", Always.Be.Communicating. This, albeit sounding quite cheesy, is massively important in the world of recruitment, not only from communicating to clients, candidates, management, your Team Leader or whoever it may be but more importantly, communicating to YOURSELF! "Have I had a productive morning/afternoon/day?" "Could that call have been better?" "Did I cover everything I should have on that vacancy call?" "Am I sure that my candidate is 100% happy with their offer?" The list could go on, but personal reflection and communication are two of the biggest keys to success and I'm proud of my team and what they achieve on a day to day basis!

Your Commission on Top of Your Basic Salary: ✅ 20 % of everything you bill over £5,000. On average, our Recruitment Consultants bill between £15,000 0 £25,000 per month, which means that they earn between £2,000 - £4,000 per month in commission. ✅ Commission is uncapped and it is very common for our Recruitment Consultants to earn well over £5,000 per month in commission. ✅ You will have the opportunity to meet our Recruitment Consultants prior to joining, meaning that you can verify these figures directly with them.
