LRC Group has purchased a 177-unit build-to-rent (BTR) asset in Harrow from the joint administrators of Hincroft for more than £58m. Tim Bateson and Ryan Grant from Interpath were appointed joint administrators to Hincroft on 17 October 2023 and over the past 12 months, they have worked with managing agent Greystar to manage the day-to-day operations of the property. Savills advised Interpath on the sale and Knight Frank represented LRC.

Hadley Property Group has completed the acquisition of global pharmaceutical company GSK’s former headquarters in Brentford. The acquisition was funded by Peterson Group and BGO, with advisory from Pennyhill Capital.

The Legal & General Managed Fund has received planning approval to deliver a best-in-class, 88,000 sq ft sustainable logistics warehouse at West Cross Industrial Estate in Brentford.

Barratt London and Places for London have exchanged on a residential development site in High Barnet. The site at High Barnet station will deliver approximately 300 new homes – circa 40% affordable – alongside small-scale commercial uses to enhance the station area.

Exton Estates has acquired the freehold interest of Imperial House in Brighton from Wesleyan Assurance Society for an undisclosed price. BrayFoxSmith represented Exton Estates on the purchase and SHW Property, which advised Wesleyan Assurance Society on the sale, has been retained to let and manage the building.

Greencore Homes has secured planning consent from Cherwell District Council for the development of 65 homes in Launton, Oxfordshire. Designed by A'Bear & Ball Architects LLP and edge Urban Design, the approved plans comprise 42 homes for open market sale, six first homes and 17 tenure-blind affordable homes.
