Paul North, our Head of AI, had the privilege of chairing a panel at the eoa conference, diving into the topic: "Enhancement, not replacement: How AI is empowering employees." Joined by Lindsay Cameron and Lucy McKerron, the discussion explored how AI is transforming workplaces and empowering teams, including: 💥 AI can often trigger concerns among employees, but it’s not a threat; instead it's a tool to enhance employees and the work they produce. 🧠 Employee ownership by definition drives a “business owner mindset” among employees — this mentality is an advantage when using AI as it encourages a shift from doing to delegating tasks. 🔜 The necessary changes to fully leverage AI and mitigate risks — from rethinking roles, business models, and services to addressing staff concerns with openness and empathy.
