Aus dem Wald in die Ludwigsvorstadt: So entsteht unser Holz-Hybrid-Projekt „The Stack“ 🌲🏗️ Unser zukunftsweisendes Bürogebäude „The Stack“ in der Münchner Ludwigsvorstadt nimmt Gestalt an – und setzt dabei konsequent auf Nachhaltigkeit. Die zentrale Ressource: Holz. Dank unserer Zusammenarbeit mit binderholz group stellen wir sicher, dass das Holz lokal und nachhaltig bezogen wird. 🌱 Vom Wald bis zur Baustelle: Bei binderholz wird der gesamte Prozess nachhaltig gestaltet – von der Waldbewirtschaftung und Holzernte über die Verarbeitung im Sägewerk bis hin zur Lieferung des Holzes direkt auf unsere Baustelle. Jedes Stück Holz wird zu 100 % verwertet – ob als Massivholzprodukt, Verpackungslösung oder als Biobrennstoff. Selbst Resthölzer finden ihre Bestimmung, z. B. als Ökostrom oder Pressspanpaletten. 🏞️ Lokale Ressourcen: Das Holz für „The Stack“ stammt aus dem Tiroler und Bayerischen Wald und wird in den binderholz-Sägewerken in Fügen und Ingolstadt verarbeitet. Von dort aus gelangt es auf kurzem, klimafreundlichem Weg nach München. 📜 Tradition trifft Hightech: Das Familienunternehmen binderholz blickt auf über 70 Jahre Erfahrung zurück und hat sich vom kleinen Sägewerk zu einem internationalen Vorreiter im Holzbau entwickelt. Insight into our solid wood panel plant in St. Georgen | AT Solid wood panels have been produced in St. Georgen in Salzburg since 1989. Solid wood panel plant II, which was completed at the end of 2022, developed this site into the most modern and powerful solid wood panel plant in the world. The investment comprised a fully automated production plant with the aim of meeting the highest ecological requirements in an economical way. The production hall, with an area of 180 x 40 meters and a height of 27 meters for the high-bay warehouse and 20 meters for the production hall, houses a two-story production facility and a fully automated two-row solid wood high-bay warehouse. A special kind of production facility and high-bay solid wood warehouse The total of 60 towers of the high-bay warehouse, with a total height of 27 meters, consist of CLT BBS XL walls into which glulam beams were suspended. The glulam beams were partially screw-press-glued to the CLT BBS XL panels in order to provide the necessary bracing in the towers. A total of 2,300 m³ of CLT BBS and 1,300 m³ of glulam were used for the high-bay warehouse. Apart from 3-ply solid wood panels made from spruce, pine, larch and douglas fir, St. Georgen also offers special Swiss pine, fir or steamed, chopped or brushed antique wood. In the DIY sector, the product range is extended by tailor-cut panels and underfloor panels.
