At BI WORLDWIDE EMEA, we always advocate for non-cash rewards and incentives so it's great to see new research from The Incentive Research Foundation in this area. 😊 We know from experience that running successful incentives on a global scale is challenging. 🌐 Rewarding diverse workforces, particularly across international regions, requires personalisation for programmes to be truly effective. Allowing employees and channel partners to choose their own culturally relevant, aspirational rewards, whether tangible goods or experiential options like holidays or skill development, can be highly motivating. 👌
