About us
Since its arrival on the FE scene last summer, the Black FE Leadership Group (BFELG) has been heartened by the encouragement and support received for its goal to engender a truly antiracist FE system. Following the publication of our Open Letter in August 2020, and reinforced through a hugely successful Inaugural Conference and Diagnostic Toolkit Launch on 23rd February 2021, the Group has made remarkable progress in alerting the sector of the depth and extent of the challenge in eradicating all forms of racism in FE.
