  • As the world slows down between Christmas and New Year, we want to take a moment to acknowledge the managers and leaders who are still holding the fort. This time of year can feel like standing on a bridge—one foot in the reflections of the past year, the other in the excitement (and unknown) of what’s ahead. To everyone tying up loose ends, preparing for fresh starts, or keeping the wheels turning while others recharge: your work is seen and appreciated. 💛🩵

  • As we close out 2024, we're taking a moment to reflect—a wonderful way to celebrate our achievements and progress in our mission of building effective, engaged teams and leaders for happier workplaces.  Back in October, our amazing Marketing & Operations Manager, Claire Trotman welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Norah Marie, into the world. The family is happily enjoying their cosy new baby bubble, and when Claire is ready, we’ll be here to welcome her back with open arms, another thing to look forward to in 2025! Here’s to celebrating life’s milestones, big and small, as we continue growing together as a team. Who else welcomed a baby into the world this year? Let us know their name in the comments!

  • As the year winds down, it’s easy to postpone big decisions or plans until January. Here’s how to keep moving forward throughout December and inspire your team to do the same: Revisit Your Vision – End the year with clarity by reconnecting with your goals. Use this time to refine your “why” and align your focus as you begin to look ahead to 2025. Celebrate Progress – Take stock of this year’s wins, no matter how small. Acknowledging and celebrating success fuels motivation for what’s next. Prioritise Action Now – Don’t wait for the calendar to flip—start tackling 2025 goals today. Momentum builds when you take consistent steps forward. Lean on Your Network – Surround yourself with people who energise and inspire you. Their drive can help you stay committed to finishing the year strong. Stay Disciplined – Stick to the habits and routines that support your long-term vision, even when it can feel chaotic during the festive season. Finish the year with purpose, and you’ll hit the ground running in the new year. What’s one step you’re taking today to maintain your momentum?"
