Helping organisations mitigate the risk of cyber-attack.
About us
Boxphish is a low-touch cyber-SAT platform that arms organisations—and their people—with the tools and knowledge needed to spot cyber-attacks. This is achieved by combining real-world phishing simulations, quality training content and actionable analytics into a single platform. The platform is simple to deploy, easy to manage and proven to boost organisation-wide cyber awareness, fast. Since 2018, we’ve been helping organisations including Macmillan, Jaguar Land Rover, Cambridge University, Police Scotland and North Yorkshire County Council strengthen their cyber defences by empowering their people to spot cyber-attacks. Along the way, we have set the standard for what a people-first approach to cyber-SAT looks like, and how to measure it.

One of the things that inspires me most about the education sector is its growing ability to come together as a collective force for change. Through open innovation, meaningful collaboration, and professional generosity, we’re proving that even the biggest challenges—like cybersecurity—can be tackled when we work together. Cybersecurity isn’t just a technical issue; it’s about people, culture, and trust. It’s about protecting the systems and environments that underpin the future of learning. What’s truly powerful is how the sector is evolving—bridging the gap between private sector expertise and committed individuals in education to drive transformation in a way that’s both practical and impactful. Huge that’s to Xentra for collaborating in this dinner. By working together, sharing knowledge, and pooling resources, we’re building resilience and confidence across schools and trusts. This isn’t about competition; it’s about collaboration that benefits everyone. Every shared idea, every generous insight, is a step towards a future where education can thrive securely in an increasingly digital world. To those leading this work—whether you’re an educator, a MAT leader, or a tech partner—thank you for your commitment. Your willingness to share, to collaborate, and to innovate is making a real difference. Let’s keep building this collective voice. Let’s keep learning from one another. Together, we’re proving that education isn’t just about knowledge—it’s about action. #Collaboration #CyberSecurity #DigitalTransformation #EducationMatters #TogetherWeThrive

In our latest report, we explore the strategies and best practices necessary to enhance security behaviours, mitigate cyber risks, and build a resilient, positive cyber culture. Technology alone cannot provide the necessary defence against complex and evolving cyber threats. Human behaviour will always play a fundamental role. Investing in your people can transform a vulnerability into a powerful first line of defence. At the heart of this transformation is the creation of a positive and proactive cyber culture. While a basic cyber culture enforces policies and involves occasional training sessions, a high-level cyber culture, boosted by strong leadership, goes further by embedding security-conscious behaviours into the fabric of everyday operations. About last night… The Boxphish Christmas do delivered. A particular highlight, Jessica Jones winning an Aperol Spritz tower and proudly carrying it around all night. Rewind a couple of years and we occupied just one table at YurtBar (thanks for hosting us again). Great to see the team growing and getting together to celebrate. Perfect way to wrap up what has been a whirlwind 2024. Wishing everyone a merry Christmas and a happy New Year 🎄 🎉 🥂
