Honestly, I never enjoy navigating the legal world; often unfamiliar terminology, steps you didn’t even know existed, and the weight of needing to get things right first time… My research on how to apply for a trademark was no exception. It’s a task that carries so much importance for any business but can often be neglected due to it’s daunting nature, longevity and expense.
