  • What makes a festive campaign truly unforgettable? 🎄 A throwback to when The Little Black Book called our work "One of the best animated ads of the year and a charming spin on the ‘last-resort’ nature of chocolate giving." And despite the campaign running purely as brand awareness, the results were anything but ordinary: 🎯 1.65% CTR, 231,729 impressions, and a reach of 110,233. 📹 30,519 ThruPlays, with a third of viewers sticking around for 75% or more of the video. 🙌 Over 40 shares and more than 200 reactions and comments.     🎯 Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting Airwallex offices at the LAB House and being surrounded by an inspiring panel of trailblazing women: Melanie Mills, Boyuan Wu, and Lauren Schomberg. The event "From Opportunity to Influence: Empowering Women in Sales to Lead and Succeed" truly set my heart on fire with some incredible conversations! ✨ The best advice I’d give my younger self (or any woman starting out in Relationship, Sales, or Marketing roles): 1️⃣ Embrace being different - You’re unique, and that’s your superpower. Lean into the strengths that come naturally to you and bring you joy. Differentiate yourself, stand out, and own what makes you you. 2️⃣ Advocate for yourself - Turn up, do your job exceptionally well, and find your tribe. But don’t stop there—be transparent about what you want: “I have this plan. Is there a place for me to grow here?” 3️⃣ Move on quickly from imposter moments (Not calling it a syndrome!) - These are fleeting moments often rooted in the fear of making mistakes. Ask yourself: What’s the worst that could happen? Nobody expects perfection. Mistakes are part of the journey—they’re how you learn and grow.   • There’s no denying it: ’Tis the season! 🎄 And there’s very little our studio team both fears and hopes for as much as a Christmas brief. While most don’t involve a giant red truck, a comical carrot, or a man on the moon... we do see a little bit of magic in our past festive feats. This festive flashback was as much a feat of web engineering as it was a creative motion challenge. Designed for a global fintech client, the brief called for a brand platform that enabled employees to send partners festive well-wishes while showcasing the prevalence of Contactless. The result? A 3D motion-built snow globe that allowed you to "shake" it up. In the time it took for the snow to settle, it calculated the number of Contactless purchases made and revealed a personalised message.
