About us
Bright Horse were formed with a simple mission to fix the problem of inconsistent and incoherent service management processes across IT, HR, Facilities, Programme Offices and Finance. Our experience in the industry taught us that many internal departments still work in silos with immature processes and poor communication leaving them in need of improved IT services with a very demanding customer base. We soon realised that the problem was deeper than just this…… To be productive in today’s digital workplace, where 50% of the workforce now come from the millennial (or younger) generation, employees in all organisations need to feel engaged with the business and to enable this they need to be given the right tools, systems, and processes. Many employees are dissatisfied (read angry) with irrelevant service levels and metrics that focus on systems and targets rather than their actual experience of the services being provided. Bright Horse’s simple focus is to help organisations fix these issues by measuring, managing and improving employees experience of their digital workplace. We educate, consult and provide technical solutions to improve the employee of the services being delivered. Whether IT is insourced, outsourced or co-sourced, we work with all IT service departments to build upon traditional SLAs and KPIs and help produce Experience Level Agreements (XLAs/ELAs) and provide systems to help these be automated and reported upon. Our range of Education, Consultancy Programs and Technical Solutions have been designed to improve organisations focus on employee experience no matter where they are in the cycle. In the modern economy money is no longer the primary inspiration for employee engagement and so to improve business productivity and competitive advantage, organisations need to find a new motivator. That focus is employee experience – we assist enlightened organisations to understand, measure and improve the experience they offer their employees.
