Last night was the inaugural Construction and Property Christmas Quiz and what an evening it was!! The event was brilliantly organised by Kingston Barnes and supported by Bristol Property Agents Association (BPAA), Forum for the Built Environment (fbe), RICS, Constructing Excellence South West and Women in Property South West to bring together over 160 of the cities property professionals. Lancer Scott Ltd proved victorious with a convincing win to take home the trophy, whilst Bray & Slaughter took home the wooden spoon. James Kingston and Sulli Gardner did a fantastic job of hosting and in total the evening raised a wonderful £5,557.50 for The Lord Mayor of Bristol's Children Appeal #CharityQuiz #BristolEvents #ConstructionAndProperty #QuizNight #FestiveFun

This morning the Bristol Property Agents Association (BPAA) held a very successful CPD event to give information on Bristol City Leap, including the Bristol Heat Network. The Heat Network will become a key issue for city centre development over the next two decades and it was brilliant to hear more about the impacts and how Bristol City Leap intends to facilitate the implementation of this at a building level. We had very informative presentations from Jaime Blakeley-Glover at Bristol City Leap, Jon Sankey Vattenfall and Julian Miller Ameresco Bristol City Leap decarbonisation offering and the Heat Network and plans for future growth. The event concluded with a Q&A panel session where the speakers were joined by Chris Grazier and Julian Harbottle   Thank you to EQ for letting us use the building and to Press for a magnificent breakfast.

The Bristol Property Agents Association (BPAA) Golf Day was a great success despite the torrential downpour the day before! The green keepers at Bristol & Clifton Golf Club did an amazing job to get the course open in time for a shotgun start at 9.00am – a huge thank you to Iesis Group Urban Spaces for being the main sponsor for the day and special thanks to the other sponsors: - RUSSELL PROPERTY CONSULTANTS LIMITED - Morton Property Consultants - RWK Goodman - Kier Group - CBRE - Moose Studios Ltd - Savills - Hartnell Taylor Cook   The first prize went to Sean Lewis at Savills and the Team prize went to CJ Hole.
