The last few weeks have been incredibly difficult for the Britcon family, and it is with deep sadness we share the passing of Ashley Kent on the 3rd of October, after a short but brave battle against cancer. A much-loved colleague, friend, and superstar Commercial Manager, Ash was one of the warmest and friendliest people within the industry, and always first to put his hand up to support local community and charitable projects. Epitomised by his unselfish volunteering as a mental health first aider. Ash was also an exceptional commercial talent who had an amazing impact within our business in such a short period of time, with an incredible eye for detail. We would like to extend our deepest condolences to Ash’s family and friends and our thoughts and prayers continue to be with them during this difficult time. Ash you will never be forgotten.
